We're proud to offer four brand new studio spaces on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Arts Bar Hope Street and an extra one in the basement. We subsidise the hire of our studios to community groups, creative companies and artists to help with the development of new work.
Studio 1 is 11m x 7m, located on 2nd floor. Equipped with a semi-sprung wooden floor throughout the room, mirrors and a fully functioning sound system.
Studio 2 is 9m x 7m, located on 2nd floor. Equipped with a sprung vinyl floor perfect for theatre, dancing or floor work. There are mirrors and a fully functioning sound system
Studio 3 is 21m x 9m located on 3rd floor. Equipped with a semi sprung wooden floor throughout the room, mirrors and a fully functioning sound system.
Studio 4 is 7 x 6m located in the basement of the Arts Bar. It is a Black Box studio space, equipped with a semi sprung wooden floor throughout the room, mirrors and a fully functioning sound system.
At Arts Bar Studios, we’ve established a cancellation policy to effectively manage unforeseen circumstances while upholding fairness for both our clients and our operational requirements.Our fee structure is structured in tiers based on the proximity to the scheduled date. We understand that emergencies can arise, and exceptions to this policy can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Full refund if cancellation is made with 7 or more days’ notice
– 50% refund if cancellation is made between for cancellations made 3-7 days prior.
– 20% refund if cancellation is made between for cancellations made 1-3 days prior.
– 100% charge for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
– Full refund if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the scheduled date.
– 50% refund if cancellation is made between 14 days and 30 days prior.
– If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the scheduled date, the full hire fee will be charged.
We are based at 22 Hope Street, L1 9BY. You enter through the ground floor to the Arts Bar Hope St. When you arrive a member of our team behind the bar will be available to assist you with any queries you have and to take payment.
Once paid, you will be given a fob to allow access through the back door labelled ‘Arts Bar Studios’ and take either the stairs or lift by pressing ‘2 or 3’ to the 2nd floor (Studio 1 & 2) or 3rd floor (Studio 3) of the building. Alternatively, ‘B’ for Studio 4.
There you will find a detailed floor plan helping you find your desired studio. Each studio has an ample amount of chairs and a table available for your use. There are mirrors available, however if you do not want to use them, feel free to draw the curtains on them.
There is a speaker available that is easily accessed by bluetooth. If you have any further issues, please make your way back to the ground floor via the lift by pressing ‘G’ or take the stairs, then ask a member of our team for some assistance.
